Overview

Core Skills

I enjoy working on problems that require research, deep understanding, and thorough collaboration to create good oportunities for all those involved.

Research

I design practical research plans, gather diverse information sources (qualitative interviews, surveys, analytics, secondary research), and synthesize findings with affinity mapping,

stakeholder maps, and systems maps to uncover opportunity spaces and clear,

evidence-based recommendations.

Using Perplexity, Miro & Fig Jam to research problems

Service Innovation

I surface service breaks and opportunity areas using service blueprints and frameworks, then rapidly iterate solutions through prototyping and co‑creation workshops with users and stakeholders to de‑risk and refine new service concepts.

Using Figma - Figma Make, Lovable & Claude to prototype ideas

Mixed Methodology

I combine qualitative design research with quantitative tools, from coding to spreadsheets, to measure impact, validate hypotheses, and translate mixed-methods insights into prioritized product and service decisions.

Using SQL, Sheets & polished Slide decks to present results

Personal Belief

I believe design is a team sport where outcome is prioritized over ownership and true innovation comes from an intersection of ideas, inspirations and perspectives.
